Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2–4 days and arrive in 5–7 days across India. Made-to-order and bridal sets take about four weeks from confirmation. International orders add 7–14 days.

Yes. Shipping is free in India above ₹999, and we ship worldwide with tracked couriers. Duties, where applicable, are payable at delivery.

Send an unboxing photo within 48 hours and we replace it or refund in full. This is stated on the shipping policy page too.

It is fired clay, so it is hard but not unbreakable. Treat it the way you would a ceramic bangle: keep it in the box between wears, don’t drop it on tile, and it will last for years.

No. Keep it away from bathing, swimming and heavy rain — water softens the paint over time.

Most sets weigh 60–110 g including the earrings. Each product page lists the exact weight and length.
