How long does delivery take?+
Within India, 3 to 6 working days from dispatch. International orders take 8 to 14 working days and are tracked the whole way.
Can you match a specific saree colour?+
Yes. Send a clear photo of the saree on WhatsApp and we will mix the base tone to match. Add about four weeks for made-to-order pieces.
What if a piece arrives chipped?+
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it free of charge. Breakage in transit is always our cost.
Do you take wholesale or bulk orders?+
We do, for boutiques and wedding orders above 25 pieces. Write to info@industerracotta.com with quantities and dates.
