A temple set, made light
A strand of full red beads leading to a gold lotus pendant set with two deep green drops — one at the heart of the bloom, one hanging below. Matching red-and-green studs finish the set.
Every bead is rolled by hand from Cauvery basin clay, fired eight hours, and painted so the red holds its depth at every curve. The lotus is carved and gilded by hand.
The red-green pairing is classic Tamil bridal colouring in a set light enough for all-day wear. No nickel, no lead, no plating; adjustable cotton dori.
Wears well with: red and green silk especially — made for kanjivaram borders. Care: perfume first, dry cloth only, store in its pouch.

Looking after terracotta
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Keep away from water, perfume and hairspray. Store each piece in its own pouch or box so painted surfaces do not rub. Terracotta is fired clay — it is sturdy in daily wear but will not survive a hard drop on stone floors.
Delivery and returns
Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2–4 days and arrive in 5–7 days across India. Made-to-order custom sets take about four weeks from confirmation. International orders add 7–14 days. Damaged-in-transit pieces are replaced free — send us an unboxing photo within 48 hours.
Six days, start to finish
Natural river clay is wedged by hand and shaped without moulds, sun-dried for two days, then kiln-fired at high heat for 8 hours. Non-toxic acrylic and metallic paints are applied by hand and kemp stones are set one at a time. No two pieces are identical.
