A choker with presence, made light
<p>Vanitha is a red and gold choker with denser detail across the front than our plainer reds — more worked, and it reads that way from a distance.</p><p>The detail is clay and paint. There are no stones in this set, and nothing is set into the surface. Red is mixed into the clay beforehand.</p><p>Sun-dried two days, kiln-fired eight hours, sealed matte.</p><p>Wears well with: maroon, cream and gold silk at weddings.</p><p>Care: the raised detail sits proud of the surface. Store wrapped on its own, dry cloth only, no water.</p>

Looking after terracotta
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Keep away from water, perfume and hairspray. Store each piece in its own pouch or box so painted surfaces do not rub. Terracotta is fired clay — it is sturdy in daily wear but will not survive a hard drop on stone floors.
Delivery and returns
Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2–4 days and arrive in 5–7 days across India. Made-to-order custom sets take about four weeks from confirmation. International orders add 7–14 days. Damaged-in-transit pieces are replaced free — send us an unboxing photo within 48 hours.
Six days, start to finish
Natural river clay is wedged by hand and shaped without moulds, sun-dried for two days, then kiln-fired at high heat for 8 hours. Non-toxic acrylic and metallic paints are applied by hand and kemp stones are set one at a time. No two pieces are identical.
