A temple set, made light
<p>Rathna means gem, and this is the most heavily worked set in the pink range — denser detail across the pendant than anything else we make in this colour.</p><p>Worth being clear about what that detail is: clay and paint. Nothing is set into the surface, and there are no stones anywhere in the set. The work is in the shaping and the painting, done by hand, which is the slowest stage of making any piece.</p><p>Pink is mixed into the clay before firing. Hand-rolled, sun-dried two days, kiln-fired eight hours, sealed matte.</p><p>Wears well with: pink, maroon and cream silk at weddings and functions.</p><p>Care: the detail sits proud of the surface, so store this one wrapped on its own. Dry cloth, no water.</p>

Looking after terracotta
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Keep away from water, perfume and hairspray. Store each piece in its own pouch or box so painted surfaces do not rub. Terracotta is fired clay — it is sturdy in daily wear but will not survive a hard drop on stone floors.
Delivery and returns
Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2–4 days and arrive in 5–7 days across India. Made-to-order custom sets take about four weeks from confirmation. International orders add 7–14 days. Damaged-in-transit pieces are replaced free — send us an unboxing photo within 48 hours.
Six days, start to finish
Natural river clay is wedged by hand and shaped without moulds, sun-dried for two days, then kiln-fired at high heat for 8 hours. Non-toxic acrylic and metallic paints are applied by hand and kemp stones are set one at a time. No two pieces are identical.
