A temple set, made light
Rani is our fullest red and gold set — the one photographed on the homepage, and the one most often ordered for weddings.
The red is mixed into the clay before firing so it holds depth at every edge. Gold is layered over it afterwards and knocked back to an aged finish, then the raised detail is finished by hand. Terracotta jewellery throughout: clay, colour and paint, with no stones.
Hand-rolled, sun-dried two days, kiln-fired eight hours, sealed matte.
Substantial enough to carry a bridal look, light enough to keep on from the muhurtham through the reception.
Wears well with: red, maroon and gold Kanjivaram.
Care: wear it last, after perfume and hair spray. Keep out of direct sunlight. Dry cloth, own pouch, no water.

Looking after terracotta
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Keep away from water, perfume and hairspray. Store each piece in its own pouch or box so painted surfaces do not rub. Terracotta is fired clay — it is sturdy in daily wear but will not survive a hard drop on stone floors.
Delivery and returns
Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2–4 days and arrive in 5–7 days across India. Made-to-order custom sets take about four weeks from confirmation. International orders add 7–14 days. Damaged-in-transit pieces are replaced free — send us an unboxing photo within 48 hours.
Six days, start to finish
Natural river clay is wedged by hand and shaped without moulds, sun-dried for two days, then kiln-fired at high heat for 8 hours. Non-toxic acrylic and metallic paints are applied by hand and kemp stones are set one at a time. No two pieces are identical.
