Made in small batches
Teal shifts under kiln heat, so this comes in small batches and a restock will not match exactly. If this shade matters, order from the batch you can see.
A temple set, made light
Mayuri takes its name from the peacock, and the teal is mixed to match — blue-green rather than either one on its own.
Teal is the most difficult colour we fire. The pigment shifts under heat, so batches are small and no two runs come out identical. If the exact shade matters, order from the batch you can see.
Hand-rolled, sun-dried two days, fired eight hours, then gold-detailed by hand. Terracotta jewellery throughout — clay, colour and paint, with no stones.
Wears well with: gold, cream and rust silk. Strong against a plain drape.
Care: dry cloth only. No water, no perfume, no damp cupboards.

Looking after terracotta
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Keep away from water, perfume and hairspray. Store each piece in its own pouch or box so painted surfaces do not rub. Terracotta is fired clay — it is sturdy in daily wear but will not survive a hard drop on stone floors.
Delivery and returns
Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2–4 days and arrive in 5–7 days across India. Made-to-order custom sets take about four weeks from confirmation. International orders add 7–14 days. Damaged-in-transit pieces are replaced free — send us an unboxing photo within 48 hours.
Six days, start to finish
Natural river clay is wedged by hand and shaped without moulds, sun-dried for two days, then kiln-fired at high heat for 8 hours. Non-toxic acrylic and metallic paints are applied by hand and kemp stones are set one at a time. No two pieces are identical.
