A temple set, made light
Girija is pink and gold with the beads graduated in size along the strand — larger at the centre, tapering toward the dori, so it follows the neckline rather than sitting as an even band.
Graduating means rolling to size rather than to a single measure, which is slower. Pink is fired into the clay. Sun-dried two days, kiln-fired eight hours, then gold-detailed and sealed matte. Terracotta jewellery throughout — clay, colour and paint, with no stones.
Wears well with: pink, cream and pastel silk, and open necklines.
Care: wear it last, after perfume. Dry cloth only, store wrapped in its pouch.

Looking after terracotta
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Keep away from water, perfume and hairspray. Store each piece in its own pouch or box so painted surfaces do not rub. Terracotta is fired clay — it is sturdy in daily wear but will not survive a hard drop on stone floors.
Delivery and returns
Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2–4 days and arrive in 5–7 days across India. Made-to-order custom sets take about four weeks from confirmation. International orders add 7–14 days. Damaged-in-transit pieces are replaced free — send us an unboxing photo within 48 hours.
Six days, start to finish
Natural river clay is wedged by hand and shaped without moulds, sun-dried for two days, then kiln-fired at high heat for 8 hours. Non-toxic acrylic and metallic paints are applied by hand and kemp stones are set one at a time. No two pieces are identical.
