A temple set, made light
Darshini is pink and gold with matching jhumkas — a straightforward set sitting in the middle of the pink range, neither the lightest nor the fullest.
The pink is mixed into the clay before firing rather than painted over it, which is why it holds its depth at the bead edges instead of thinning. Beads are rolled by hand without moulds, sun-dried for two days, then kiln-fired for eight hours. Gold detail is painted on afterwards and sealed matte. Terracotta jewellery throughout — clay, colour and paint, with no stones.
Because nothing is moulded in bulk, small differences in bead size and tone between sets are normal.
Wears well with: pink, cream and maroon silk, and cotton for daytime functions.
Care: put it on last, after perfume and hair spray. Dry cloth only, never water. Store wrapped in its pouch.

Looking after terracotta
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Keep away from water, perfume and hairspray. Store each piece in its own pouch or box so painted surfaces do not rub. Terracotta is fired clay — it is sturdy in daily wear but will not survive a hard drop on stone floors.
Delivery and returns
Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2–4 days and arrive in 5–7 days across India. Made-to-order custom sets take about four weeks from confirmation. International orders add 7–14 days. Damaged-in-transit pieces are replaced free — send us an unboxing photo within 48 hours.
Six days, start to finish
Natural river clay is wedged by hand and shaped without moulds, sun-dried for two days, then kiln-fired at high heat for 8 hours. Non-toxic acrylic and metallic paints are applied by hand and kemp stones are set one at a time. No two pieces are identical.
