White hides nothing, so more of these are set aside before painting than any other colour. Runs stay small.
A choker with presence, made light
Chandra is a white and gold choker. White is the least forgiving colour in terracotta — any unevenness in the clay shows — so these take longer to finish than the deeper shades and we reject more of them.
Hand-rolled, sun-dried for two days, kiln-fired for eight hours, then painted and sealed. Antique gold detail applied by hand. Terracotta jewellery throughout — clay, colour and paint, with no stones. Sits at the collarbone.
Wears well with: almost anything. White and gold is the safest pairing in the range, and works against bright silk as easily as plain cotton.
Care: white shows marks, so this one especially wants a dry cloth after each wear and its own pouch. No water, no perfume.

Looking after terracotta
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Keep away from water, perfume and hairspray. Store each piece in its own pouch or box so painted surfaces do not rub. Terracotta is fired clay — it is sturdy in daily wear but will not survive a hard drop on stone floors.
Delivery and returns
Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2–4 days and arrive in 5–7 days across India. Made-to-order custom sets take about four weeks from confirmation. International orders add 7–14 days. Damaged-in-transit pieces are replaced free — send us an unboxing photo within 48 hours.
Six days, start to finish
Natural river clay is wedged by hand and shaped without moulds, sun-dried for two days, then kiln-fired at high heat for 8 hours. Non-toxic acrylic and metallic paints are applied by hand and kemp stones are set one at a time. No two pieces are identical.
