A temple set, made light
Bhavya is finished in antique gold rather than a colour — the closest terracotta comes to temple jewellery, at a fraction of the weight.
The gold is built in layers and deliberately aged rather than left bright, so it sits alongside heavy zari without fighting it. Shaped by hand, sun-dried, kiln-fired, then painted and sealed matte. Terracotta jewellery throughout — clay, colour and paint, with no stones.
Choose this if you want something that reads as traditional in photographs but you can actually wear all evening.
Wears well with: Kanjivaram and heavy silk, especially maroon, bottle green and mustard.
Care: keep out of direct sunlight, which dulls the gold over time. Dry cloth, cotton pouch.

Looking after terracotta
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Keep away from water, perfume and hairspray. Store each piece in its own pouch or box so painted surfaces do not rub. Terracotta is fired clay — it is sturdy in daily wear but will not survive a hard drop on stone floors.
Delivery and returns
Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2–4 days and arrive in 5–7 days across India. Made-to-order custom sets take about four weeks from confirmation. International orders add 7–14 days. Damaged-in-transit pieces are replaced free — send us an unboxing photo within 48 hours.
Six days, start to finish
Natural river clay is wedged by hand and shaped without moulds, sun-dried for two days, then kiln-fired at high heat for 8 hours. Non-toxic acrylic and metallic paints are applied by hand and kemp stones are set one at a time. No two pieces are identical.
