Green needs a longer, steadier firing to hold its tone, so fewer of these leave the kiln than the warmer colours.
A temple set, made light
Flower discs of red kemp petals around green hearts, spaced with gold leaves, stepping down to a layered chakra medallion — fan pleats, green kemp band, carved melon bead below. Small gold jhumkas with flower studs match.
The medallion is assembled from separately fired pieces, each carved and set by hand.
Full temple colouring in a mid-scale set that works from pooja to reception. No nickel, no lead, no plating.
Wears well with: red, green and gold silk. Care: perfume first, dry cloth only, store in its pouch.

Looking after terracotta
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Keep away from water, perfume and hairspray. Store each piece in its own pouch or box so painted surfaces do not rub. Terracotta is fired clay — it is sturdy in daily wear but will not survive a hard drop on stone floors.
Delivery and returns
Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2–4 days and arrive in 5–7 days across India. Made-to-order custom sets take about four weeks from confirmation. International orders add 7–14 days. Damaged-in-transit pieces are replaced free — send us an unboxing photo within 48 hours.
Six days, start to finish
Natural river clay is wedged by hand and shaped without moulds, sun-dried for two days, then kiln-fired at high heat for 8 hours. Non-toxic acrylic and metallic paints are applied by hand and kemp stones are set one at a time. No two pieces are identical.
